- Payment Policy
1.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments must be made in Euros (€).
1.2 Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
1.3 Full Payment: The full payment must be made 30 days before the arrival date. If the full payment is not received by this date, the reservation may be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
1.4 Taxes: The displayed prices include all applicable taxes.
- Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by the Guest:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date will receive a refund of 70% of the total amount paid.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will not receive a refund.
2.2 Cancellation by the Owner: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the guest.
2.3 No Show: In case of a no-show, no refunds will be granted, and the total rental amount will be charged.
2.4 Early Departure: If the guest decides to leave before the agreed departure date, no refunds will be granted for the unused nights.
- Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately for new reservations and upon renewal for existing reservations.
